What is your mission?
You’ll help us deliver excellent service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:
Provide excellent support experience to customers via all relevant communication channels such as phone lines, emails etc.
Identify customer's needs and research any existing issue to provide strategic solutions that will best address them.
Ensure first contact resolution and effective follow-up with service partners and internal departments to ensure case closure in accordance to our service standards.
Provide constructive feedback on tools, resources, procedures, and guidelines to enhance workflow and the customer experience.
Deliver the best services to customers to ensure the highest customer satisfaction with the right procedures.
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.
Who are we looking for?
Higher Nitec or GCE ‘O’ Level with at least 2 years of experience in handling contact centre cases in a call centre or service industry environment OR GCE 'A' Level/Diploma/Degree without experience
Articulate with a strong command of spoken English and Mandarin/Tamil to serve inbound calls in both languages.
Proficient in MS Office applications with excellent keyboard skills.
Possess good customer handling skills with a positive mindset.
Team player who is able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Strong time management skills and motivation to exceed expectations.
Comfortable working with computers and multiple systems.
Must be able to start on April 2026 (tentative commencement date)
About the Role
We are seeking professional and customer-oriented Tele Helpdesk Officers to provide reliable administrative and procedural support to users via phone and digital channels. This role focuses on handling enquiries, guiding customers through processes, and ensuring accurate follow-up in a structured service environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and enquiries related to administrative procedures, fees, billing, and payment matters
- Provide clear and accurate information on processes, submission requirements, and service-related workflows
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries, feedback, requests, and complaints
- Perform first-level problem identification, classification, diagnosis, troubleshooting, and resolution
- Maintain comprehensive issue logs
- Escalate unresolved issues in accordance with documented problem ownership, prioritisation, and escalation procedures
- Submit monthly progress reports detailing service performance
- Support Helpdesk operations from 7.00am to 7.00pm daily, including Sundays and Public Holidays, based on assigned shifts (4-day work week)
Requirements
- Relevant experience in helpdesk, or customer service support environments
- Strong customer service, and communication skills
- Experience supporting digital platforms or e-services is an advantage
- Ability to work on a rotational shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays
- Strong sense of accountability, ownership, and service quality
- Proficiency in additional languages commonly used in Singapore will be considered an added advantage, as the role involves interaction with a diverse user base

Responsibilities:
Target potential clients through calls/site visits for info gathering
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Identify and develop new survey strategy opportunities
Communicate survey value clearly to respondents
Collect and verify survey responses via calls, emails, visits
Input accurate response data
Report customer feedback and industry insights
Collaborate with team for cohesive client/survey approach
Communicate effectively and actively listen to respondents
Ensure KPIs and targets are consistently me
Requirements:
Singaporeans ONLY
Minimum A/Diploma/Degree with 3 years relevant experience
Meticulous and detail oriented.
Excellent communication skills, problem-solving skills and analytical skills.
Confident, persuasive, good reasoning, proactive and willing to go extra mile.
Strong interpersonal skills to assist survey participants effectively.
Prior experience in survey administration/market research/consultancy/PR firm/customer service call centre/telemarketing/HR practice/Corporate sales/marketing experience will be a plus.
Independent and self-motivated to achieve monthly KPIs
Proficient in MS Excel, email communication and internet browsing hands-on experience in these areas.
